What do I want to do with my practical investigation?
For my practical investigation I have decided to look at how people are more inclined to buy something based on its brand status even if the other product is actually better. In this instance I am looking at Kellogg's Coco Pops vs Harvest Morn Choco Rice. What I want to do is see if changing the design will have an impact on Harvest Morn competing against Kellogg's. Does the design/look of something have the ultimate impact on whether a consumer buys a product or is it down to brand status?
I have made a list of some elements of the design with the help of some feedback which I should include when redesigning.
